Kuok Foundation Berhad is a non-profitable charitable institution incorporated on 1 June 1970 by the Kuok family under the Malaysian Companies Act 1965
as a company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital. The main focus of the Foundation’s activities since its inception was and still is on the advancement of education and the alleviation of poverty through education.
Study loans, grants, loan-grants and scholarships were given to needy and deserving Malaysian students pursuing undergraduate courses at selected private universities/colleges in Malaysia.
