The Malaysian Social Entrepreneurs Foundation "MSEF SIYUAN Scholarship" provides full scholarships to encourage and affirm children from low-income or unprivileged families who have excellent academic and moral qualities to continue their education and to assist them overcome family financial difficulties. The purpose and mission of the MSEF are to foster the concurrent development of Malaysia's corporate culture and public welfare and charity initiatives. It aims to encourage entrepreneurial groups to fulfil their  groups to fulfill their social responsibilities through the advancement of public welfare projects.

Scholarship Details

Level of Study:	Undergraduate Programme
Application Timeline:	14 October 2024 - 08 November 2024
Scholarship Eligibility:	- Candidate must have been admitted into UTAR full time Degree programme with minimum CGPA of 2.75 - Malaysian citizen - Applicants must be aged 25 years old and below - Active participation in extra-curricular activities - Low family income, lack of basic living guarantees, family changes or major disasters can lead to significant life   difficulties - Willing to participate in community service activities
Scholarship Coverage :	- Sponsor's disbursement policy is updated on an annual basis, in November/December each year
