The Sin Chew Daily Education Fund is to aid the poor and/or needy students to further their tertiary studies by helping them to obtain free diploma/degree programmes pledged by participating educational institutions locally. To further enhance the value of humanity and great sense of social rsponsibility, caring for the poor or needy, and helping to upgrade the educational level of the community.

Level of Study:	Undergraduate Programme
Application Timeline:	Present - 09 June 2024
Scholarship Eligibility:	- STPM/A-Levels or equivalent: 3As or - UEC or equivalent: 8As or  - Canadian Pre-University (CPU): 95% for all subjects with a minimum of 6 subjects, or  - South Australian Matriculation: As for all subjects with a minimum of 5 subjects - Applicants must be below 26 years of age as of 1st January of the application year - Applicants must be active in sports and extra-curricular activities - Applicants must not be bonded to or in receipt of any other financial aid or awards from other educational institutions or any other parties - Applicants must have gained admission to UTAR for studies
